7mm sierra bullets / 180gr HPBT Sierra #1980 was created in response to requests from top class F shooters. Sierra designed these Match King bullets to provide a higher weight and BK option in our 7mm line. The 12-gauge secant warhead and extended boat tail of this bullet make it the perfect choice for the demanding 7mm long-range shooter.
7mm sierra bullets are the perfect combination of Sierra’s legendary match precision combined with deadly penetration. Sierra reengineered its legendary Match King bullet to a hollow tip design for rapid expansion and fitted it with a translucent green tip for ballistic uniformity.
Inside, the Game changer features a unique construction that uses a special lead alloy surrounded by a tough copper jacket that provides excellent penetration and expansion in a variety of areas.
